The boss, the brainchild, the kiwi: call him what you want, but one thing is clear - Dani is a true pioneer, a visionary. By the age of 22, this native New Zealander was a professional snowboarder competing worldwide and making first descents in Alaska. Those runs now bear his name. It was these 12 years as a celebrated athlete which fueled his first opus: The Crystal Awards™, a concept that transformed the world of sports photography and eventually became what we know as - MANA.

For the past 20 years, he’s funnelled the drive and dedication of an elite athlete into one of the world’s most successful creative production houses. And he’s humble about it. But pull any of us aside and we’ll tell you: He manages demanding creative environments like he’s a practising yogi. He’s a leader that empowers those around him.
